The Monster Within

“I’d like to share a revelation that I’ve had during my time here. It came to me  when I tried to classify your species and I realized that you’re not actually  mammals. Every mammal on this planet instinctively develops a natural  equilibrium with the surrounding environment but you humans do not. You move to  an area and you multiply and multiply until every natural resource is consumed  and the only way you can survive is to spread to another area. There is another  organism on this planet that follows the same pattern. Do you know what it is? A  virus. Human beings are a disease, a cancer of this planet. You’re a plague and  we are the cure”

Agent Smith, from the Matrix

“The time! The time! Who’s got the time?”

Indeed who does have the time?  My new job has got me working overtime all ready and after sleeping and doing other things I almost forgot about art.  Post may be coming much slower, but I have lots of money-making to catch up on and as much as I love making art…

It doesn’t pay the bills! 😦

“If I had a world of my own, everything would be nonsense. Nothing would be what it is, because everything would be what it isn’t. And contrary wise, what is, it wouldn’t be. And what it wouldn’t be, it would. You see?”  Lewis Carroll

I am working on a little collection of characters influenced by Lewis Carroll’s wonderful works.  They will just be the heads mind you! (The Queen must have got to them)

Hope you enjoy

I Started A New Job!

I Started A New Job!

I Started A New Job!

I started a new job, YAAH for me!  The last one was stressful and in order to get things done you had to operate like the picture above.  Plus there was layoffs and the pay was not good.  All that is over!  (I hope)  The new job pays better, has better benefits and most important room to move!

I decided to redo my Tee-Shirt design for this little saying of mine that was inspired by my last place of employment.  I think they will make great Christmas gifts to those ex-coworkers I left behind.  Damn good people who need to be paid more for what they have to put up with!
